Photo Gallery
Iconic, professionally photographed imagery is freely available to campus units for use in communications.
Images are available in several categories, including Logos, Places and Buildings, People, Events, and Spirit and Sports
Strong images have become a vital part of IUPUI's emergence in the public consciousness, and the driving force behind the Office of Communications and Marketing's effort to dramatically expand the gallery of photographs of IUPUI people, places and events that make the campus a unique part of the city of Indianapolis and the state of Indiana.
Those images have long enhanced the publications and the campus-wide Web site operated by Communications and Marketing, but in the past two years the office has expanded the scope of photo usage to IUPUI's schools, centers and programs through the online IUPUI photo gallery.
The gallery contains more than 8,000 high-resolution images of students, programs, schools and events, with new photographs added on a weekly basis. All are downloadable in print-level quality to help IUPUI schools with their publication needs, but are easy to modify for Web usage to improve school-based home pages.
The photos are available for use by any authorized IUPUI school, center or program to promote the campus to the constituencies that support and interact with IUPUI, highlighting the campus' role as an instrumental part of the future of the state of Indiana and the city of Indianapolis.
Gallery Usage
The photo gallery is available at photos.iupui.edu. Registration is required to access most portions of the gallery, with a limited number of iconic images and official logos available for download by the public. All registrations must be authorized by the Office of Communications & Marketing, with access limited to faculty and staff in the IU system, and external agencies working for a campus unit.
