Office Manager Assistant

Hello, I am the office assistant, in a not so technical world, I'm the receptionist. I am responsible for doing some of the small tasks that needs to be done on a daily basis. My main role is answering the telephones. More than likely, if you call this office, you've got to come through me first. I work with the office coordinator to complete some background work that's to be done. I also greet people as they come into the office. I am also responsible for coordinating office meeting/outings. I work with anyone in the office that could use my assistance at any task, whether it's typing, calling someone, faxing, and/or mailing.

I have recently graduated from IUPUI with a B.S. in Public Affairs concentrating in Management. I would have to say that my favorite thing to do outside of school and work, would be to just watch TV. My favorite show is "A Different World". Something about that show I just love. I've like the show since it started airing in 1987 and almost 20 years later I still like that show.
